I tried this morning and the discount code turned up as "not recognized."
 
NOT EXPIRED!!!!!
Put the coupon code on the right hand side.
The only thing they changed is: They are not charging the $5.95 for shipping. But the product itself is free.
So.....You can still get the product for free but pay the $5.95 for shipping.........
 
Looks like all these orders are getting cancelled, they're saying: "Thank you for your email. I apologize for the inconvenience and the
confusion. The key code that was used to place your order was invalid.
Therefore, your order was automatically cancelled. Again, I do apologize
for the inconvenience."

I didn't receive a cancellation e-mail message, but when i looked up my order on the brecks.com website, my order had been cancelled too.

I think they just cancelled every one's orders indiscriminately.


So
I called Breck's at (513) 354-1511 - they don't have a toll free number

I spoke with a really nice CSR. He told me the peonies i ordered were in stock & helped me place my order again with the coupon code. he told me my order should arrive in ~ 2 weeks and i just had to pay $5.95 for shipping.

i just checked my account information on their website again, and now it shows my order w/ a Delivery Estimate: 03/16/05 - 04/06/05

if you REALLY want these plants, and don't mind paying for shipping, then i recommend calling them at (513) 354-1511 :)
 
Whats weird is:
When I just checked back on my order status for all the different freinds/family members I did orders for....1/2 were not even showing as having had registered accounts; therefore no orders.......the other 1/2.....showing a ship date...going back to the orgiginal order which included shipping etc as part of the first $20.00 free...
So this is one of those sink or swim deals......

i sent them a really angry email :mad:
and then they sent me a $25 off $50 coupon, which makes no sense, because i could just use the original code and pay shipping only

I've said this was dead for 4-5 days now.
It has been negated since the code number was considered fraudulant.
So if you got confirmation....Consider it dead............. :mad:
 
The offer may have died but guess what? The saga continues

This am, I got my 2 order confirmations for my orders that they have shipped...
So this one has been a weird one!
It must have computer generated the generic cancellation....but then they fulfilled it anyways....
