won't accept coupons

i called Linens n things and they said they don't accept coupons from bed bath & beyond.

That's curious...I called one LNT to ask about it and they said they match BB&B coupons, and then I went to another LNT, just showed them the BB&B coupon, and there were no problems.

Maybe you could call another one or speak to another salesperson? I think LNT stores DO accept BB&B coupons.

Rebates Invalid

I called the rebate place and after some talking (complaining) the lady remembered that she helped another one of her "two million clients" with the same offer number. Turns out they didn't update the offer in the computer to include the extended purchase dates.

She told me it will take them five business days for the company to run some queries on the database to update everyone that submitted the rebate during the most recent offer extension to be valid instead of invalid out of promotion date rejections.

That is not the issue...The rebate form stated it was good from November 21-December 24, but the computer at the rebate center thought it was from November 19-20 only, and did not have the extended dates. My purchase was on December 10, and was rejected because it didn't fall within the Nov 21-Dec 24 (but it was). The computer was wrong...!!!!

yes, about 2 weeks ago

it did take me a while to receive my rebate check from LNT (i sent in my form around the end of november 2004, & received my check on 2/10/05).

if you still haven't received yours yet, i'd suggest calling 1-800-741-1365 to inquire about your submission.

i hope you kept copies of your rebate submission (form, upc, & receipt). sometimes things get lost in the mail (or at the rebate center). having copies of your info will enable you to fax it to them if they need it.
