just bought the 15g i payed almost 100 for a 128mb rca player.. i will ebay my old one :)
 
Yeah, the coupon prices are off the retail price, not the special promo price.
 
yeah I have the dudebox, much better than the software that comes with the DJ in general. works like a charm and is MUCH easier to put songs on and then sort out once on there. Also you can with that program put music back on a computer with it installed, also stream the music to your computer via USB.

If you have any other questions about the dudebox feel free to ask. Also that delldjsite.com is really good too even if you are wondering whether or not to get it.
 
i purchased the 20 gig so I could get the free case and inline remote.

i will be getting the alternate version of music___ as i hear it SUCKS.

anyways yeah, this thing should be quite cool

yeah music match is the worst it came with my rca rio player i use the windows media player its the best u cant go wrong with a 15g player for 130 when a ipod is over 200 :)
 
The cheapest iPods get is around $275. Mostly, they're $299. :)

I have a Dell DJ15 that I've had for a while and I love it.

Nope, only the 20gb one comes with the case and remote. The remote is nothing special anyways, you only would probably need it if you used a case. :)
 
hmm, i thoguht the 15 came with remote and the 20 gig came with "inline remote" which im guessing is lcd/volume on the headphone line?

or is it a remote control thats actually tethered to the thing???
 
There's an inline remote on the 20GB model, no remote on the 15GB. The 20GB remote is tethered to the unit, hence inline.

mine was supposed to ship todfay but i got an emial saying they pushed the ship date to oct 14th >:0

dammit
 
When I ordered mine a while back, they delayed the shipping date like crazy.

Don't worry, give it about two weeks and it'll arrive at your door, that's what happened to me. Don't go crazy to Dell either, they won't help you. I went through the same thing about 4-5 months ago when I got mine. Overall, it should take around two weeks.
