The tax was not figured into the total above, because it is so different for everyone. That is what the problem is.

You got it for $464 shipped, but had to pay taxes.

I bought the 2001FP last year, and it's an awesome monitor. Love the PIP function built into it. This deal is good, but for us in Cali, we gotta pay stinkin tax and an enviromental fee. Boo!

Does anyone know if this 17" version has PIP?

better watch out for DELL monitors... their quality control sucks. I had to go through through 2005FPW 4x just to keep on that has 2 bad pixels... -=(

first shipment - cracked screen
second shipement - 3 red pixels
third shipment - 6 dead and lazy pixels
fourth shipment - 2 dead pixels...

so i kept the fourth one and returned the rest.
