1901FP looks to be an excellent buy. I paid 450 dollars for an 1800FP about 1 year ago, which is only 18.1" diagonal measure. This new one has 600:1 contrast ratio according to Dell's website -- that is awesome!!! Mine is only 350 at best. Also 25ms is decent response time for most applications.

Just make sure you are using it with a Dell when you call in for support, otherwise they won't be too helpful
