because its an upgrade, (1066 FSB) over the preselected
Pentium® D Processor 805 with Dual Core Technology (2.66GHz,533FSB) If you stick with this choice then you save $50 but I wouldnt reccommend it personally.

Slower front-side bus. That's the real bottleneck in performance these days. Definitely go for the 1066mhz FSB .. well worth the extra $50.
