i've ordered a computer from a dell before with a coupon and etc. i never got my MIR. Then i called them and they said that i do qualify and they 'sent' issued me another check but i didn't recieve that one as well. then i called against and they just put the money directly to my bank account. heh. well i had some problems cuz i bought it for a friend in another state, i think. but to cut a long story short, you should definately be able to get your rebate check back
