Instant Win Game Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: All selected potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Instant Win Game and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Instant Win Game. There will be twenty-five (25) random, computer-generated winning times during the Promotion Period; one (1) winning time per week for the First Prize and the winning times for all other prizes will be randomly distributed throughout the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the Instant Win Game Prize indicated. The potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Sponsors, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (when applicable) within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or if the Instant Win Game Prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits Instant Win Game Prize. In the event that a potential winner of the any Instant Win Game Prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable Instant Win Game Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the Instant Win Game Prize will remain unawarded. Grand Prize winner will receive his/her prize approximately 8-10 weeks after winner confirmation. First and Second Prize winners will receive their Instant Win Game Prizes approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Instant Win Game.

FIFTEEN (15) SECOND PRIZES: Dell Laser Printer 1710. ARV: $200. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible plays received during the Promotion Period divided by the number of prizes available. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsors. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $8,700. Limit: one (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
