Cons
- Almost to bright, hurts eyes in the dark (easily adjusted)
- Did NOT include USB cable for hub (I had one anyways)
- No tilt sensor when turning

Conclusion
Overall this monitor is a great purchase and has a low price tag ($399 CAD). It easily competes with the high end Samsung screens. This monitor is worth a look at and I highly recommend it.

I have one of these sitting on my desktop now and I love it. I wish I could afford the _great_ price on this to get another one to replace my CRT 2nd monitor.

As a side note: The Height Adjustable Stand is a godsend if you sit in your computer chair a hundred different ways like I do because your monitor can adjust to any angle. Sometimes I like it up and eye-level and other times I set it low so I can look down at it.

Also, DVD movies and HDTV recorded television shows are crystal clear on this screen. I could never go back to only CRT monitors.

Does anyone know if this monitor has PIP capabilities like the Dell 20.1" 2001FP?

It looks like the base of this monitor is either white or grey ?...if so looks kind of odd paired with the black frame of the monitor.

Dell is a royal pain in the @$#*(#@... I added this item to the cart and tried to check out. It says enter email address, etc.. I do that and it says this account ALREADY EIXSTS.

So I tell it EMAIL ME MY PASSWORD. An email shows up in the mailbox that says "THERE IS NO ACCOUNT FOR THIS EMAIL ADDRESS"

I continue trying the website getting various errors like "The site is too busy try later" or it loops back to the same screen with no information of what it needs.
Then I call the 800 # instead. I'm on the phone for 1/2 hour listening to a lady trying to convince me I need the $383 19" monitor instead. I tell her if I wanted to spend that much I'd buy (2) 17 inch monitors since 17squared x 2 >> 19 squared. This is way over her head.

Anyhow an hour or so of screwing around, still no order. They just transferred me to another rep who is now asking me the same questions as the previous one.

It's amazing how a company this screwed up can EVER accept an order.
