Is this a good deal for that laptop?Im looking for one also but dont want to spend over a thousand ,really just want it for using with a wireless service to trade stock
 
this is a great deal- i've been pricing them for a few weeks, waiting to find what i want- i'm not looking to game- just something for work and some web browsing. if the 10% coupon works, it's going to be fantastic! otherwise, you can get the $35 off coupon from ebay and that makes it a great deal, too. if the 10% doesn't work, that's what i'm going to do.

Just sign up for the dell emails, I did last week and just got a $35 off in my inbox yesterday.

i saw that freebie you offered right after i bought my 10% from ebay (which i'm still waiting on grrrrr)... that was a nice thing to do :)
 
still waiting for it to come! i bought it at about 8:30, and it's been 4 hours. if it doesn't come soon, i'll miss this deal. i emailed the seller but haven't heard back

I bought my 1705 a few days ago, so I couldn't use it, and couldn't justify spending another $300 to have a use for it ;)
