I have these rose bushes, and they get these black spots which I can only imagine is some type of fungus, that seems to be killing the bush and makes the roses all spotty, anyone have a cure or remedy for this?

I should have known you'd be the first to offer advice to that ? dbee. And of course the gardener that I am I was right behind you. Funny!

Good luck w/ your rose bushes. One of mine died from the disease.

I stick with carpet roses, I've had no luck with any others. :(

Ok i have the whole fix, I am wondering if I should cut the ranches that the fungus leaves are on or just discard of the leaves?

Cut out any branches that cross each other or rub against each other. These can become prime spots for disease invasion.

I guess this means get rid of all that is diseased!

I'd wash my tools before using them on any other plants.

That's a good idea Morrie, the directions say completely isolate all leaves and branches so I would imagine this is a contact type of disease that can spread!
