Does anyone know where I can get Franklin Mills Mall (in Pa) Coupons?

I live near Franklin Mills & always see the people coming on bus trips with great coupons. If you live near there & don't take a bus trip how do you get a coupon book?

Go to the information kiosk, but do use a out of state driver license/foreign passport to get the booklet for free. They might charge you if you are in-state. There's one of them near Burlington/Guess
