I'd like to purchase some exercise equipment, I have sears card, but I just don't want to charge anything on my cc now. It feels so good to have it down on $0 balance. So anyway, does anyone know if sears takes layaway? Thanks in advance

Some Sears stores might. I know when I worked there in Fine Jewelry we would take layaway. But those were tiny little packages to keep in a safe, not gigantic machines. LOL
Thank you for the info. I just called them a minute ago and asked about it, and they said no 
But it's good to know that they take layaway for jewelry, I love jewelry, and my anniversary and birthday coming up pretty soon. Gotta let hubby know about that

I hope your local sears does the jewelry layaway. I think it is a decision each Jewelry manage decides upon. Perhaps if they don't you could convince them to.
