he had them under his rear wheels?

we used to get those and surf down the area between 2 escalators with them. trayboarding
 
no, front wheel drive pos car.. he used the handbrake to lock the rear tires so he could spin around, the trays are under each rear tire, so as he spins they grind the asphalt.. so he wasn't only burning rubber, but also plastic.. :D you should also know melting/burning plastic is toxic.
