Donkey Konga Bongo Drum for Gamecube for $12.98 Shipped

Doesnt the game come with the drum? Can I buy the game without the drum? Can I use the drum for any other game? Is this just to allow a two player game since the game comes with only one set of bongos?
 
just so other people don't waste their time...

i ordered this yesterday when it was posted on fw and then when order confirmation came in, it said the controller was Pelican brand (not nintendo brand like it says on product page).

retail price is $10 for pelican controller. i cancelled order.
