That's very interesting. It's banned in NY... :hmm: So if it's similar to an inhaler for asthma....if one were to put liquor in a nebulizer (instead of albuterol), would that be the same thing? Not that I'm interested in doing so, just wondering. But this seems to have dangerous consequences...what will they think of next??

Funny, I live in NC where they are made and I am in the town of one of the biggest party schools in the US and I have never seen or even heard of that before. Sounds stupid, how can you be drinking if you aren't actualy drinking?
