Don't buy from cheater CompUSA!!!!

I rember last time CompUSA had a similar big sale, many stuff are said to be free after rebate. So I believed CompUSA cheaters and bought a lot of junks. But they never sent me back the rebate I should get. Totally over $200! For one whole year I kept sending them letters to inquiry, but cheaters are cheaters, they never responded.

Though it's too late to argue about this, I'll file official complaints to state and federal departments. And friends, don't even give a penny to CompUSA any more!

i lose around $40 rebate to COMPUSA.. i think Best Buy's rebate is more trustful.

Plus CompUSA's return policy stinks. Restocking fees on everything you return unless you didn't open it. I bought that MAD-DOG DVD ROM drive and that thing was junk. Don't get one. I had to box it back up so they didn't suspect I opened it. They checked every crevice of the box after I returned it anyway so what is the point?

COMPUSA is very very well known of not sending mail-in rebates back to customers, most of the people i know never get their mail-in rebates, those who did receive have to call 3 or 4 times to keep bugging them

Compusa hmm well i remember 4yr ago i bought an Acer 4x2x32 CD-RW for $199 & bought a 1 year warranty (lucky). Taht Acer cd-rw is a junk, my pc somtime can't detect it. After 3month i return it to them. They ask me for exchange the same Acer 4x2x32 or get STORE CREDIT for ($178 czu that cd-rw's price drop) of course i get store credit..

This teach your guys sometime warranty is great expecially on CD-ROM.
