i know this is sad to say, but id be wary of giving out your cell phone number. i worked for a deal magazine and this notion was brought up - but as a way to get your information to send you more crap! i dont know about anyone else, but my cell phone is probably the last private contact method of mine that doesn't get junk mail. it might truly be legit...but i wouldnt want to chance needing to change my cell number if something didnt go as planned!

i think the fact that it is a free service that im questioning...the sponsors have to benefit somehow. hmmm...

but it is a really great concept - id like to hear if anyone uses it. im one of those people without internet on my phone though, so i couldnt do it if i wanted! haha, tisk tisk, im living in the stone age

THis is great. I've been using this for a while now on my cell and it truly works. i havent gotten any spam on my cell and my bill hasnt increased. the free offers work too. just show the cashier you phone!

ha cool...good to know. there have been so many times i left a coupon at home and though 'doh!' :doh:

though it isnt free to me because id have to pay like $20 a month for Internet service LOL
