PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Begins 12:00:00 p.m. PT May 11, 2007 and ends 11:59:59 a.m. PT on June 30, 2007, or when supplies of specially-marked packages have been exhausted, whichever comes first (the "Promotion Period"). All codes (each a "Code") must be entered as detailed below by 11:59:59 a.m. PT on July 15, 2007 ("Redemption Deadline").
WHERE TO FIND GAME CODES
DR PEPPER PACKAGING: Look for Codes under yellow bottle caps on specially-marked 20 oz. bottles, 2 Liter bottles and inside specially-marked 12-pack wraps of Dr Pepper®, Diet Dr Pepper®, Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper®, Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper®, Berries & Cream Dr Pepper® and Diet Berries & Cream Dr Pepper® available at participating retailers during the Promotion Period. Not all brands and/or packages may be available in all markets.
HOW TO PLAY
The Collect and Get Game is a loyalty program in which you may collect codes that provide certain point values that may be collected and banked on your account on the Site and redeemed for certain Rewards, all subject to these Terms and Conditions and as provided on the Site. To begin, log on to www.drpepperbubble.com (the "Site") to play. Enter your Code in the field provided on the Site. Keep all caps/labels/game pieces with Codes entered in the event requested by Sponsor for verification. Upon clicking the submit button, you will be asked either to login or register. If you are a current member of any Dr Pepper/7UP promotions or signed up for a previous promotion, fill in the appropriate log-in information, update your personal information (if necessary) or confirm that your personal information is correct. Otherwise, you will need to complete the promotional registration process, by filling out the registration form with your name, home address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, country of residence phone number, birth date, and email notification preferences. You must then agree to and accept these Game Terms & Conditions and Site Terms of Use. Then proceed to the following screens to redeem your Code for points to bank to get Rewards (see below for more information). (Subject to verification and compliance with these terms and conditions).
CODE ENTRY LIMITS
Each Code may only be used once; attempts to re-use or re-enter a Code will be void. Codes and points may not be sold, bartered, transferred or combined. Maximum number of valid Codes per email address/person that can be entered per day is 10 Codes.
