hey hey hey, that is a LIE! lol

$69.95 for 100 = $.6995 each or $.70 not $.69!

Misleading :P

good ?

Are these as good as the fuji's ?

Well I tested them for PS2 backups as well as DVD backups. I tried burning at 2.4X and 4X. Both work on my PS2 w/o issues. In fact my PS2 doesn't have to try to focus the laser which is a ++. Therefore I can claim that they are better than the Fuji media.

If you order 4 the total is $69.00 befor shipping, so they are in fact $0.69 each ;)

If you want -R for cheap (0.59 free shipping) and maybe they'll work at 4x look here

The good thing about MicroCenter is that they are a chain store, so you can do in-store pick-up if a store is close to you.

I've ordered from MicroCenter many times... I have one in my area in fact, so its all good....

I believe he was just kidding (even though it wasn't that funny). Also this media is A+ grade not to be mistakened for the junk in the link you provided.

I agree. They have a great return dept too. I have NEVER had a problem with the store. However I have never ordered online either since they are only a few miles from me anyway.

They don't say what writer it works with though. Maybe they don't know.

I have the Pioneer DVD 708A and a friend of mine used the standard Sony DVD 4X writer. Both render excellent results with this media. I noticed my PS2 which is very finicky read them more quickly than Fuji and Princo DVD-R media. The laser seemed to be more compatible and had to focus less often. Hope that helps.

I see it saids 1 to 4x....I have a 4X Pioneer...Should I assume that they will burn at 4X?

Thanks

Well DVD-R 4X will burn at 4X (and not it will not go faster than that). DVD+R 4X will burn at 8X for most media.

I didn't know that those DVDs are junk, some buyers even say they can burn them at 4x, but again maybe they have a fake ID so they can burn at 4x but the error count could be high.

I agree that at 0.69 for good DVDs is great price, thanks for the info.

Right. Unless they say they are Grade A (like eggs) they are usually sub standard (but ok for some applications). I know these DVD's are great because I and other friends with a variety of DVD burners have tried them personally. And if they work on a PS2 you are good to go because PS2 lasers are the worst in history. Thanks and have a good one.

Just picked a spindle and took about 20 minutes to burn a DVD.
Seems to work ok with my Pioneer DVR-105 ok
