Just looking for a DVD-ROM drive. Seems like all deals are for writers these days. I'd be willing to spend $30 otherwise it's not worth it. Thanks.

NewEgg tends to have great prices always on CD/DVD drives without any rebates. Their cheapest is around $25 with a $4 shipping fee. You have a choice of many brands, Toshiba, Samsung, and others.

I've used NewEgg before and recommend their quality service to anyone, their prices are great too, and you don't have to hassle with rebates while getting a top quality drive.
