Heads up folks, this is a REFURBISHED vacuum. Instead of saying it's refurbished, they're using the term 'renewed' instead. I only realized what they meant by 'renewed' until after I read the description. The reviews are quite mixed. Most of them seem to blame that the fact they were pre-owned and are not as good as new.
