Electric (plug in) shoe polisher

My dad wants an electric shoe polisher for xmas, like the one he lost.

It is not a stand up/floor model, and he needs a corded (not battery or rechargible) one for the more powerful motor.

It is simply a hand-held, motorized, polishing brush holder thing that plugs into the wall. I spent an hour searching every online site I can think of, and the only thing I could find even close are on ebay, and they were either used or 30 years old... HELP!!!

after looking at ebay and seeing what you meant, i'd suggest getting the new one from sears. the vintage one that seems to fit your description was a sears model, and although the new sears one is cordless/rechargable, i'm quite sure the technology is such that it's just as powerful as a 30yo model that plugged into the wall. plus, you can't go wrong with sears...

Neither, those are the floor models I was talking about. The link from clubchick is closer to what I'm looking for. Thanks though!

I think I'll have to try that... I think the one my dad had was at least 10 years old, so I'd hope the motor technology has improved since the 80's/early 90's.
