The statements above were taken directly from their website. I've never tried it but hopefully I will in a few weeks.

We are so sorry that the last email message came across insulting to some. By no means did we mean to offend anyone. We know that there are many very honest people on the free stuff sites, but we were referring to the people that make computer generated programs that fill out forms automatically.

We received thousands of fake requests and if we would have sent them all out, the expense would have been tremendous. We are a very small company and we value every single customer. Our goal of the sample program is to get people to know about Jan’s wonderful product.

I guess they realized calling people "internet free stuff scavengers" was a little insulting.:confused:
 
I was one of the people who wrote to them about their previous email. They responded immediately to me personally then followed up with this apology to all. I respect them even more now.
