HOW TO ENTER: lBeginning at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 6/2/2006 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 7/31/2006, log on to www.samueladams.com and following the on-screen entry instructions. lLimit one entry per person/per valid email address. MULTIPLE ENTRIES FROM THE SAME PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION. lEntries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 7/31/2006. lAll entries become the sole property of The Boston Beer Company and will not be returned.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: lA random drawing will be conducted on or about 8/14/2006 from among all eligible entries received. lThe drawing will be conducted by Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. lOdds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

3. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: l(1) Prize - Winner and a guest will choose from one of four outdoor adventure trips designed by iExplore.com. l

Option 1: lTrip for winner and guest to Vietnam. lTrip includes round-trip airfare from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to Vietnam (all travelers must leave and return to the same location), accommodates for length of stay, transportation in Vietnam, meals and scheduled daily activities.

Option 2: lTrip for winner and guest to East Africa. lTrip includes round-trip airfare from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to East Africa (all travelers must leave and return to the same location), accommodates for length of stay, transportation in East Africa, meals and scheduled daily activities.

Option 3: lTrip for winner and guest to Bavaria. lTrip includes round-trip airfare from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to Germany (all travelers must leave and return to the same location), accommodates for length of stay, transportation in Germany, most meals and scheduled daily activities.

Company ("Sponsor") and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers and alcoholic beverage retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. lVoid in CA and where prohibited by law. lAll federal, state and local laws apply. lPotential prize winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within 3 days of attempted notification. lNoncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. lPrize winner's guest (who must be 21 years of age or older) must sign and return a Release of Liability within 3 days of winner's attempted notification. lAll travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., passport) prior to departure. lAll travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by Sponsor. lWinner will be notified by mail/telephone/email. lReturn of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. lAll federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. lNo substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. lNo cash alternative. lSponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/email, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. lSponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. lIn the event of a dispute regarding any email entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitting email address). lPotential winners may be required to provide sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email by a user's internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. lIf, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. lIn the event of termination, a notice will be posted on-line and all eligible entries collected prior to the time of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prize. lSponsor reserves the right to modify the sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion. lSponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected. lIn the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility or the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the Sponsor's control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. lIf Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. lIn no event will more prizes be awarded than state in Rule #3. lAcceptance of prize, constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name likeness, picture, signature, voice, audio and video recordings and biographical information in ay manner or media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised) anywhere in the world in perpetuity for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. lBy accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. lWinners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this promotion or use or
