I tried it and completed the offer, but got no confirmation that I will recieve the gift card. I hope it shows up.

Has anyone done this successfully?

It says "must complete sponsor's offer". That's got
me worried. Anyone have info on what's required?

I just called them and they have that I completed the offer. They will be emailing me a confirmation in 45 days to print out to mail in to get the reward. I hope it's real. If not I still got my Entertainment guide for next year.

complaints look pretty bad - I was going to sign up before I read those, glad I did!

good deal despite scam

columbia house does give good deals on dvds despite the scam that this website is trying to do. the prices they ask for are better than even buy.com or ebay. just a heads up on this.

I have written this company at least 3 times over the last few weeks when I first saw a deal with them, followed their directions, got approved, and used the card to fullfill their requirements. They never responded.

Dang, send some complaints to the Better Business Bureau. These guys need to be taken offline.

Spoofee, this is the stuff we as mods try to keep off of the boards.

What were you thinking. LOL LOL :p

I hear some people got their cards, maybe those posts were written by employees? It seems you have to do a lot. After you get your paper, you have to mail it to them & then they give you the GC in a few months.

I did get a $50 Wal-Mart® Gift Card for signing up for a Chase Platinum credit card back on 11/10/2003 but as I recall it took several emails to the company before I finally got them to ship it to me.

Definitely a company to be avoided unless you have the determination to make them commit to their offers.

LOL

I finally got my $50 Costco card for this offer. They just don't communicate well at all. If you are willing to email and call them you can get the $$. It was worth it to me but I'm crazy that way..... :clown:
