We are conducting a survey to learn more about how Assistive Technology (AT) may have been helpful to parents and what kinds of training and experience parents have had with AT. After completing the survey you will receive a $10 gift certificate to Amazon.com in appreciation for your participation. For this study, we are interested in learning about AT from parents whose children are under the age of three years.
 
Wow, that was excruciating. I meet the criteria, but so many essay questions!
