(Expired) 2GB microSD Memory Card for $2.99 Shipped

I'm a little hesitant on this deal since I've seen some cheap memory cards from China perform very poorly with bad sectors. They do accept returns within 15 days, but just not sure if it's worth the risk/trouble.
 
When I see items for sale with heavily inflated retail prices such as the $24.99 for this item, I always wonder if they ever actually sold any at that price? Or maybe they are simply basing it on a price structure from 5 years ago?
 
mark71mark, I always wonder that too whenever I walk into a Walgreens or Riteaid. One sucker and it makes up for 10 customers I guess. =/

I've been burned with fake memory from China after I had purchased several memory sticks. It wasn't fun explaining to my customers, after doing some research, that what I sold them was counterfeit.
