Sorry Joyce. My mom had no problem getting them. I set up a bogus account to see what the problem was and after logging in clicked back on the link above and came to a page to request the points. It keeps telling me they were already sent? I don't know if they have replaced them with the photo offer or if it is a site problem. You can try that and see if they will send them to ya.
 
I got the same thing as joyce...still works for me though i do a lot of pictures

Click on the confirmation link again in email, on that page on right hand side of
page it has "get a free song", click on that.

I think they send the photo offer to everyone.

i tried Joyce, but they said they already sent me my codes, but all I got was the picture thing.. thanks for the info, though..
 
Maybe they have a record of our email addresses getting codes from different offers, I don't see what that would have to do with this offer though if you just signed up?
