I got the same $9.95 charge and had already placed the order. I used live chat and she said the code was no longer good online, but could call 1-800-645-1030 and use the code there. I did and the operator had not heard of this, but it came up with $0.00 after she entered it. She did still have to enter cc info, but said it would not be charged. She was very nice and had no problem cancelling my un-free order for me. Thanks for the post.
