Do they charge CA redemption?

in CA when i buy water anywhere, they add some amount to the total. I believe it is 5 cents a bottle. Of course I recycle, but never get to see that 5 cents. does anyone know if i buy the water from Staples whether they will charge the redemption?

i just was there today and picked some up. 4.50 a case, not as cheap and i had to pay tax and everything but i didnt need 600 bottles.
 
in California you have to pay CRV. On 800 bottles, thats a pretty penny.

Might be nice if it was distilled water because bacteria doesn't grow in it.

Got in on the deal 2 days ago and received the water today.
I'm in CA and paid $84 (26 cases so I can half them with a friend) all included (no taxes or CRV).
