yup, online purchases only. The $20 off doesn't cover shipping, although that should be free. If it's not while you're checking out, you can call their CSR's and they should adjust the shipping charge for you :)
 
I think you have to sign up for the Passport Club (which is also Free) to get free shipping...

Won't even let me use the coupon now. I wasn't even getting things totally free -- had more than $20 in my shopping bag!
 
shoot i just called cs about the shipping address cause i thought it was wrong [on the email invoice it was] and now they said i have to send in the "coupon on a paper" itself so they will ship my order. oh no!! shouldn't even have called! but i'm not gonna do anything about it. if they send it then they send it.
