(Expired) Cottonelle Moist Wipes Sample...Sam's Club

The crest toothpaste that I signed up for a long time ago was also from Sam's club, I still havent received that yet. Hope this comes!

We got the toothpaste, good stuff it is too. :teeth: You should be getting it soon, we just got it a few weeks ago

I think I did get the toothpaste. I look forward to the booty-wipes as well. LOL

I had this problem before with Sams club... When I click on the sample link, it doesn't go to a form. Pops to shopping/index. I've tried copying and pasting into a new window. Any other ideas?

Thank you for the link, no problem using it! About two weeks ago, both my Mom and I received a full size tube of Crest from SAMS. Took over six weeks, but it came! Hope everyone receives their's as well!
 
It is not for Sam's Club members only..When you fill out the form the membership number is optional..
