i hate buy.com's return policy, if you want to buy something now as a present, you won't be able to make a return to buy.com since it will not be in the 14 day period they give you. what kind of warranty does creative have on the vision:M. 1 year?

Im not sure about the warranty, but I know I love my Vision:M. I would like this deal to be on the blue or green ro... or anything but only black..

I dont think this is an iPod substitute. Its just a different choice. If it looked and worked exactly like an iPod but was still only $180, then yes I would agree.
