Nice - needed a new monitor for my bro

I got "has previously been redeemed" message when I tried to apply coupon. Has anyone got the same problem?

The coupon code is not sticking. Message says code has already been redeemed.

I have one of these and it's "ok"

It's nothing special but for $159 it's not a bad deal at all.

My big gripe is that it doesn't rotate and the stand is fixed - you can't adjust the height at all.

I got mine 'free' with a Dell system.

Can someone explain how HDMI would affect PC gaming on a monitor? I know it's a broad question, but I can't seem to find information about this anywhere.

I assume HDMI would provide a clearer image, but I have no idea. Does it affect gaming resolutions at all? HDTV's seem to get awful resolutions for gaming (1366x768 on a 40" HDTV vs. 1680x1050 on a 22" LCD monitor).

These days, I really hope you're not still getting 1366x768 on a 32"+ TV. 1080P sets all do 1920x1080 natively. As for what HDMI will do for you... if you're already using DVI, it will do nothing. HDMI is nothing more than a differently shaped DVI connector with audio built in. The difference between VGA/D-Sub and HDMI, however, is noticeable on a monitor that size. The picture will be sharper, as well as significantly better color representation (If you're tuned into that sort of thing)
