Keep trying to proceed once you get it in the cart and after about 5 minutes of refreshing it worked for me.

Now they just have to ship it.

It takes some persistence, but if you keep refreshing the cart it will "hopefully" allow you to proceed like it did for me. Hint: Sign into your account and have your credit card information in the system ready for your order, so it's ready when you get through.
