Loads very very very slow... can take up to 5 minutes it is so busy

I guess I'm being stupid... I can't get it to work.
the first page that asks for your friends doesn't have a place to put your email addy.. only the friends..
when you get the email [as a friend] and click.. the page is all scrambled.. then I get page can't be displayed....
off to try try again.
 
I am getting an error saying I already received my giftcard but i didn't..WTF?????? I'm on hold now for 7:28min /sec waiting for a rep to pickup the phone.

I received the emails quickly, my slow point is checking out. I got all the way through checkout up to the point of processing the order, and the progress hasn't budged in over 40 minutes. I don't want to refresh (since it reads not to) but at the same time I wonder how long I should let it go.

well this is utterly rediculous..still waiting 16min 24 sec later for someone to pickup the dang phone! And I've been online and out of chocolate and the site says at mars that the 250,000 are gone for this week! Dang that must have caught on quick!
 
geesh the page to even get the card is taking forever to load.... I guess this is a hotdeal

While on hold tried a different email address on a different pc w/ my maiden name and got the same freaking result :Error :you've already received a Gift Certificate! NO I DIDN'T well on my reg email I did but it went blank and I went back it now said i used it! WTH????????????

Ok got the code and after a long wait got to end of checkout-- I ordered the 16.00 shampoo and shipping is no longer included in coupon- only 16.00 applied from coupon and shipping was 6.95 Backed out!!

shipping is 6.95 so you have to order something that is 13.00 or less and that makes it free....

OMG that was pure hell...love my freebies...got some mini mineral makeup(12.00) came to 18.95 and GC covered it all and just got verification email...
