Be careful with this one, it looks and smells very very fishy. You do not even have to enter any info before hitting submit, then afterwards you get a new screen for comleteing offers. DO NOT use your real phone number. Actually I would just stay away from this one if I were you, pens are not all that expensive.

Cool ... I always liked these, but with all of the free pens lying around my house, I can't justify the cost of one. Now I can have two, one for my desk and one for my bag. Woohoo! I know it's sad ... simple things, simple things. LOL.

Says it's ohio and surrounding area..tried anyway.. in the city area put city and state.
 
I guess they don't need it if they have the zipcode. That sounds good. :) I want my pen!
