If you take a very brief (one question) survey, they will give you a free coupon for one 4-pack or 6-pack of Calistoga Brand Beverages, which includes their waters and sparkling drinks.

Once I took the survey, I got a page that said it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

From reading it, apparently it's only found in the stores listed in California area. It went thru for me also, and I live in Louisiana.
 
talked to chris this afternoon he is checking into this promotion and wiil get back to me.
 
just talked to melissa, sad to say it is only a california deal. she went to corporate to see what is going on, will get back to me within the week, "was televised country wide so we got many, many responses, we are sifting through to see who is in california, etc." hope this helps anyone.
