Terms and Conditions - The first 10,000 eligible people to submit a completed DOGSWELL® Bow-Wow
Bailout redemption form will receive one (1) free bag of DOGSWELL® dry food for dogs. To redeem,
you must submit a completed DOGSWELL® Bow-Wow Bailout redemption form, including your email
address, contact information and dog breed, to DOGSWELL® via email, fax or mail. Redemption forms
can be found at www.dogswell.com, or by emailing [email protected], or calling 888.559.8833. All
entries must be postmarked between April 15, 2009 and May 15, 2009 or received electronically between
6am PST on April 15th, 2009 to 11:59pm PST on May 15th, 2009. Incomplete redemption forms will not
qualify. No redemption forms will be returned. All dry food for dogs will be mailed out within 45 days of
DOGSWELL® receiving your completed redemption form. Limit one bag of free DOGSWELL® dry food
for dogs per mailing address. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted. Mailing address must be in the
Continental U.S.
 
It's a pdf.. takes awhile to load... but you need adobe or a similar program for it to open, most computers have that.

See Minnie's post, and copy and paste into email. Thats the way I did mine because it wouldn't let me save the form to email it. I hope they go through like that because I'm too cheap for a stamp and don't want to go next door to fax it! ... If you would prfer to contact them you can call 888.559.8833. (you can also request a free sample by calling them!)
 
YAY!!! filled mine out and emailed it.
 
Called mine in they said they would send it right out..

got the doggie-food yesterday via UPS wow, I can't believe they sent it UPS !!! for free , wow. and a nice size bag, looks to be about 5lb bag.
 
I got this on Friday did not know it was even on the doorstep, My dog loves this food. She was llike oh ya gimme gimme gimme!
 
I don't think my parents have gotten theirs yet ( at least I haven't heard anything from them)
 
I received a 4 pound bag of dog food in the mail a couple of days ago. I was expecting a coupon..so this was rather exciting. Thank you!
 
I still have not got mine so I emailed them they said most are shipping out in 45 days because of demand if you have not got yours after 45 days to email them.
