Works great. After you get the error message just go to popcap.com and select bejeweled and then buy now and enter the code.
 
Ok, got it to go through... now I get "We're sorry but this code is not valid for your current order. It may be expired or invalid for the items in your cart. "
 
Capt. Nemo, make sure you have Bejeweled Deluxe not the plain Bejeweled. It won't work if you use the wrong one

I got it to work. Go to the site's main page, and find Bejeweled Deluxe. Add it to your cart, and enter the coupon code. Checkout, and it's free.
