After I took the quiz and clicked to send for hat, I got a page not found msg. I emailed them, so will see what happens.

worked for me. after i finished the quiz it took me to a form for the free hat. the form submitted just fine too.

I vaguely remember this--and I actually received a hat yesterday (USPS in large, white envelope). Not 3-4 weeks, but better late than never.
 
I didn't remember this one..guess i missed out! :*( Figures. Oh well Glad u got the hat Pat! ;-)
