You may be right, Pat. Not seeing anything on their site about this and no links on the form to check out. But, worth a shot.
 
No, it's coming from a company called Hercle, that offers "trackable click-thru" abilities for companies to get traffic to their sites and get mailing lists/interested consumers using various advertising techniques? Not positive, just wandered around the site a bit...

I've seen stuff like this before, and it never comes. I think it's an e-mail harvesting site, but that's just my uneducated opinion.
