I did this last year with some foil and it was YUMMY. They wern't to picky about the costumes. Some people just mentioned it and got a FREE one:bigok:

It is at Chipotle restaurants, not Taco Bell. But it doesn't matter for me.....there aren't any Chipotles in my state anyway! :verysad:
 
I thought they stop doing this because of abuse. According to wikipead.

Starting in 2006, Boo-rrito Fest has been discontinued in many regions, due to abuse by customers. The abuses ranged from 1 person having the costume, going in getting a menu item and leaving the store, while promptly trading the costume with his friend and so on, to the ripping off of the costumes and leaving the trash outside the restaurants.
