I think you can still get the shirt by taking their quiz. I clicked on 'Circular Saws' at the top, then clicked on the picture of the devil with 'The Devil Made Me Do It!' on the button. It takes you to their quiz and says you get a great reward at the end. This is how I got to sign up for my t-shirt.

The quiz answers are fairly easy. It's really just more advertising for their circular saw blade.
