it isn't work! it said "emal address and bir. date didn't matched??!!!
 
Hmm...it worked for me. But I did have a problem with the birthday...you have to enter 06/05/1982 (example for: May 6, 1982 and NOT USE 05/06/1982).

In fact, just got this email from them to my husband that said:

LACOSTE COOL PLAY
Welcome John,

Thank you for signing up to LACOSTE COOL PLAY.

We succesfully received your request and will send your personal sample
as soon as they are available.

Your LACOSTE fragrance Team

After finally making it through each screen, I've seen enough words misspelled to scare me away from the offer....

MENDATORY instead of MANDATORY
FFRIENDS instead of FRIEND

And it wouldn't let me go past each screen unless I agreed to everything, which I don't like... :confused: :( :thumbs_do
 
The only problem I had was it did,t want to accept my birthday on the 16th, it had to be on the 1st.
Anyway good post. I'll let you know if it shows up.
