(Expired) Free Mineral Perfect Cosmetic Samples

Thanks, Joyce. Question: I got a pop-up saying the form would go via e-mail. Do I have to put all the info in the e-mail as well? I didn't--just sent it as I assumed it was somehow linked to the form. Hope I did this correctly.
 
I was going to do this one later and never saw that. :noidea: I think you should probably request the samples in the email just to be safe. :wave:

After I filled out the form, an email window popped up. I filled it out twice and I get a message that it didn't go d/t some error. Thanks anyway
