I didn't know if this was spam or not so I waited to post it. I did recieve the pens today so here you go! Oh!! I recieved this email before they shipped out, too! :)

I don't believe this is spam. The site is linked to PersonalPR.net as you noted and they are registered to the same person. The PR one has been around for about 7 years.

:rant: I received an empty envelope from them today! That's what happens when you try to send non-machinable items in a flat envelope.
