I had a coupon for 8 piece family meal and even though it specified the chicken it was good for (grilled not among them), they accepted it - and the coupon for 1 free pc. made it 9 pc. with sides for $15.99 + tax

I went in and asked if my kfc was participating and if so could I choose which piece. It was early in the lunch hour so I got a nice breast piece. If you ask nicely you probably get what you ask for, if you say nothing they will give you a thigh or a wing :lol:

I got my free piece of grilled chicken for lunch today. Ordered up a two-piece grilled chicken meal, too.

Verdict: Delicious! Obviously, it isn't as tasty as the deep fried stuff, but it doesn't leave you feeling like poop, either.

Tried it and didn't care for the new chicken. Little to dry for me. Sticking with the original.
