After hearing my youngest daugters principal telling her classroom(of 5th graders) that running around at recess is considered inappropriate behavior,I was lookiing to see if any other schools are trying to stop recess and came across this site that is having a rescue recess campaign(rescue recess week is Sept.18-22nd) and they will send out recess kits that include posters and jump ropes and a playground ball and whistle and more at www.cartoonrecessweek.com .

I didn't enter anything and it went thru anyway.Noticed your from MA. also is your town trying to do away with recess?

Hmm? I entered all information and a window came up saying ID number required and I could not go any further....

Not definitely trying to eliminate recess here~just a lot talk of unspoken changes and adjustments...I thought this would be a way to be proactive before it's a crisis of losing it. Point out the necessity of recess, etc.. Thanks for the post!
 
In regards to the Id number....there is a drop down box right above it asking who you are affiliated with. If you click it and chose N/A, it doesn't require you to enter an Id number.:)
 
I sent one to my son's school. Great find for the children.:claps:

I did the n/a from the drop down and it seems to have worked it said please allow 5-7 days for delivery
